Former England rugby coach Sir Clive Woodward, who led the nation to World Cup glory in 2003, will head up a roster of inspirational figures for The Best You lifestyle expo this weekend.

Stratford’s own Julie Creffield, author of the Fat Girls Guide to Running blog, celebrity juicer Jason Vale, relationship expert Barbara De Aneglis and presenter Janey Lee Grace are also among more than 40 leaders expected to speak at the Excel London.

The Recorder have teamed up with organisers The Best You Magazine to give away free tickets (normally £10) to readers who register before Saturday, subject to availability. See below for how to sign up.

Best-selling author Mr Vale, 46, whose books on health, addiction and juicing have sold more than three million copies, said: “The expo is set to be an inspiring weekend involving some wonderful speakers, exhibitors and workshops.

“It’s the perfect place to meet trainers, mentors, therapists, publishers and people looking to be inspired to all come together.”

The survey comes after a survey in The Best You Magazine revealed that 38 per cent of people are unhappy with their jobs, with many blaming bad management for their unhappiness, while 29 per cent of women employees and a quarter of men said they suffered from depression.

Magazine boss and expo organiser Bernardo Moya said of the survey results: “It’s shocking that so many people are unhappy in their place of work.

“After all, it’s where most people spend the majority of their waking hours. These figures mean millions of people are on the treadmill and they need help.

“The Expo will be somewhere to come with questions and leave with answers.”
