EXCLUSIVE: More than 50 wraps of Class A drugs have been found inside a yellow Kinder egg container in Newham.
A 15-year-old boy has been released on police bail after he tried to dispose of the plastic shell after spotting police.
Officers arrested the boy on January 26 during a mobile patrol in Thorngrove Road, E13.
The teenager was part of a group of five males standing outside a block of flats who began to disperse after spotting police.
Officers followed the 15-year-old after he walked off in the opposite direction to the rest of the group.
He threw the yellow Kinder egg container between two large wheelie bins as he passed them before being detained and arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
The boy was taken to an east London police station and has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
