Canning Town school awarded by British Council for global links

A Canning Town School has received an award from the British Council for their international curriculum.
Eastlea Community School in Pretoria Road was accredited with the International School Award given to schools in recognition of their global approach to learning.
Eastlea international work includes work experience in Marseilles and Córdoba, theatre production “When Chaplin Met Gandhi which they are taking to India in February 2013, and looking at the effect of pollution and recycling on the planet to name among other things.
