A crash on the A13 Canning Town flyover, in the westbound direction, has brought traffic to a standstill across east London.

At 5:20am this morning there was a crash the police say involved “two to three” cars, which has resulted in an elderly man being taken to an east London hospital.

The road remains closed and there is significant disruption on the roads, with traffic reportedly backed up as far as Barking.
