today monday 181010 at 18:00 hrs newham council had a 'plain clothes' car parked on the corner of chalk road and botha road , which has double yellow lines (seems 1 law for newham council and another for the rate payers) filming any vehicles crossing from prince regents lane into bothachalk road via the restricted access road , but why do it make it legal for newham council employee to break the law , have they not heard of compound felony ? anyone they catch can have the penalty reversed due to newham thinking they are above the law ,the employee id number 1072 vehicle reg FT08XYN vw golf
