Legacy chiefs are seeking operators to run the Olympic Park’s food venues and an 80-seat cafe and community space after the Games.
A food and beverage managing agent would be responsible for overseeing the running of the park’s two permanent cafes and four permanent kiosks.
Andrew Altman, chief executive of the London Legacy Development Corporation, said: “We want to provide a vibrant mix of eateries across the Park that reflect east London.”
The Olympic Park will open in phases from July 2013 until Spring 2014. Anyone interested should contact food@londonlegacy.co.uk or northparkhub@londonlegacy.co.uk by July 6.
