Jubilee celebrations were held at Maryland School in Stratford

The fun continued to mark The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with celebrations at Maryland School in Stratford.

Loads of attractions were arranged for pupils and local Cllr Kay Scoresby poppoed in to meet pupils at Maryland’s party and join in the fun .

Newham gang operation leads to 13 arrests in dawn raids

Police burst through the doors of 13 suspected gang members today in a series of dawn raids to crack down on street violence.
