West Ham midfielder Kevin Nolan felt his side deserved all three points against Stoke City.
The Hammers trailed to Jonathan Walters’ first-half strike before Joey O’Brien levelled the scores.
“Well, we were unlucky in the end,” he told Sky Sports. “We created enough chances to win it. It’s a great result after going 1-0 down.
“It was a good game. It was a great point in the end.”
The Hammers skipper paid tribute to goalscorer O’Brien after his equaliser salvaged a point.
“He’s had a tough two years out but the way he has come back,” he added.
“He’s been even better than last year. I’m delighted for him.
“You could see the camaraderie. These boys are a tough nut to crack.”
