West Ham defender Dan Potts says he is getting better by the day after his head injury scare.
Potts was taken to hospital after falling during his side’s defeat to Arsenal on Wednesday, with the club last night revealing no lasting damage had been done.
Potts himself thanked the medical staff of both clubs for tending to him and last night took to his Twitter account to update on his progress,
He wrote: “Thank you for all the messages and support over the last couple of days. My scans were all OK which is good positive news and I am recovering well and feeling better by the day.
“I’d also like to thank the London Ambulance service and the on-site pitch rescue team & everyone at Arsenal & West Ham too for making sure I got to hospital as soon as and as safely as I did!”
