Spurs star hints at shock exit

Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has admitted that he would consider his future at Spurs if they failed to qualify for the Champions League.

The Lilywhites are fifth, behind Liverpool on goal difference, and the French stopper is desperate to return to Europe’s top table.

“The objective is to reach the Champions League. After that, it’s to close the gap on the biggest teams in the league,” Lloris is quoted as saying by Telefoot.

“Without Champions League football? I’ve not thought about it. I must weigh things up at the end of the season.”
