Porto manager Vitor Pereira has insisted that Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham must buy out Joao Moutinho’s buy-out clause.

The Portugal star has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer and Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas is a fan.

“Clubs cannot just not sell. We really want him to stay but this is football and there are such things as release clauses,” Pereira told Abola.

“The only thing we can do is achieve results with what we have got.”
