Transfer news: Steven Pienaar’s future is unclear
Tottenham midfielder Steven Pienaar will wait and see if he is going to be part of a new manager’s plans before deciding on his future.
The South Africa international fell out of favour under Harry Redknapp, who was sacked last month.
Former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is expected to take charge and Pienaar will seek out a meeting with a new boss before deciding his future.
“I’ll wait and see who is appointed at Spurs. I need to know if I’ll still be used,” Pienaar is quoted as saying in The Metro.
