Transfer news: Younes Kaboul reveals phone call with Hugo Lloris
Younes Kaboul has revealed that he has talked to countryman Hugo Lloris about signing for Tottenham Hotspur.
The French international goalkeeper has been on the radar of the Premier League club this summer but earlier this month hinted that he could stay with Ligue 1 club Lyon.
However, the Spurs defender Kaboul believes his country’s captain is good enough play elsewhere.
“I have had a phone call with Hugo Lloris. We talked about Tottenham,” Kaboul told L’Equipe
“He will make his choice. He deserves to be playing in a great league.”
