Everton midfielder Leon Osman believes that England’s future is bright with Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Zaha.
The trio made their Three Lions’ debuts in the 4-2 defeat to Sweden on Wednesday but all made their mark in some respects.
“Our young players showed the future is bright,” Osman said.
“The quality of players at such young ages, people like Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Zaha coming on as well, bodes well. They are very exciting players.”
The Brisbane Road-based club are hopeful permission for a review will be granted after oral hearing.
