Transfer news: Alan Pardew wants Demba Ba to remain at the Magpies
Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is desperate to keep hold of star striker Dermba Ba.
The Senegal international scored 16 Premier League goals last season and has been linked with moves to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
“I want Demba to stay,” the Magpies boss said.
“He’s a Newcastle player and all I’m focusing on is making sure he’s a Newcastle player next season.”
