Arsenal forward Theo Walcott believes that England and the Gunners will see a lot more of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The 18-year-old started against France on Monday and came off the bench in the dying minutes of the 3-2 victory over Sweden.

“Alex has got four caps and he is clocking those up and at such a young age he is getting great experience at Arsenal which is very important,” Walcott said.

“It was great the manager had got the trust in him to put him on at such a late stage against Sweden.

“He is only going to improve and if everyone gets behind him, hopefully we are going to see a lot more of Ox.”
