Mikel Arteta is looking for a positive start to pre-season
Arsenal star Mikel Arteta believes that Manchester City are the favourites to win the title this season but believes that his side can be given a boost if they beat them in Beijing tomorrow.
The 30-year-old believes his side can improve on their third place but Roberto Mancini’s side are the team to beat.
“I think Manchester City would be the favourite team in next EPL season,” Arteta said.
“If we could beat them in Beijing, it would be a bright start for a new season.
“Anyway, Arsenal also has a big chance to fight for the title, if we could show our abilities totally, we could overcome any rivals.”
