Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has accused Manchester City and Barcelona for trying to destroy his work at the Gunners.

The Frenchman helped Gael Clichy, Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas become world-renowned players but Manchester City signed the French duo, while the Spain star moved back to Barcelona.

Sometimes people try and destroy your work,” Wenger told De Telegraaf.

“I lost Nasri, Clichy and Fabregas at an age when they could have made the difference for Arsenal.”
