Transfer news: Tongo Doumbia is linked with a move to the Premier League
Rennes chairman Frederic de Saint Sernin has revealed that Tongo Doumbia’s proposed move to West Bromwich Albion has broken down.
The midfielder has been linked with Arsenal, Everton and Aston Villa and had admitted that he would rather sign for the Baggies but a move has stalled.
Saint Sernin told RMC: “There was no agreement between the player and the club.”
