Pamper yourself with 2-1 offer at the Spa

ONE of the first of its kind in the country, the council owned Spa London celebrates its first birthday on May 14 with a 2 for 1 offer for its thermal experience which gives visitors the chance to unwind and relax in steam rooms, hot rooms, and sauna as well as cooling down in the ice cold plunge pool and monsoon shower.

Users can also enter into a free prize draw to win a day of which includes a full body salt scrub, back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial.

Spa London, one of the first public sectors spas in the country and part of the refurbishment of York Hall Leisure Centre, Bethnal Green, is a partnership between Tower Hamlets Council and GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited).

The refurbishment saw the gym double in size to include top of the range equipment, the poorly used cafeteria transformed into a modern dance studio, improvements to the swimming pool, changing facilities and main hall.

Wednesdays operate female only session between 10am - 4.30pm and mixed session between 5pm - 9.30pm.

The 2 for 1 offer is only available on full price Thermal Spa Experience, or where membership status is the same.
