A cause such as this has a ‘feel good factor’, but can the people of the United Kingdom really make a difference against the world’s leading carbon emitting states….. Russia, China and the USA?

THE London Transport Museum in Covent Garden is holding a programme of Friday lates which run from 6.45pm until 10pm.
On Friday March 12 they are holding a Garden Party, with a talk and question and answer session by guerrilla gardener Richard Reynolds.
There are free design surgeries by an interior designer from Heal's, and participants can make and take home a mosaic plant pot, and play Wii games on a giant screen.
There will also be music, curatorial tours and giant garden games.
